Property maintenance, handyman work, and remodeling in Tinley Park and the south suburbs. Prices below are per visit and quoted by lot size: small, medium, large. If we have not seen your lot yet, we quote medium and tell you so. Final price is confirmed at the walk-through.

Lawn and Grounds

Mowing: $48 small / $68 medium / $88 large.

Fall cleanup: $210 small / $320 medium / $480 large.

Gutter cleaning: $165 small / $245 medium / $320 large. Book before the freeze.

Pressure washing: $180 small / $220 medium / $340 large.

Mulch install: $285 small / $420 medium / $680 large.

Snow

Per-push: $55 small / $70 medium / $95 large. Salt add-on: $18 / $28 / $40.

Seasonal contract: $520 small / $740 medium / $980 large. Salt billed actual.

Handyman and Repair

Small repair: $95 for the first hour, materials plus 10 percent.

Doors, trim, drywall patching, fixture swaps, deck and fence repair, hardware.

Remodeling

Bath and kitchen updates, basement finishing, flooring, interior and exterior painting, trim carpentry. Scoped and quoted in writing before work starts.

Walk-Through

Free if it converts to work. $75 if you want advice only.

Commercial and multi-unit properties are quoted custom. Call and we will walk the site.
